Gifts, 2023 – 2025

Exhibition invitations to W139 hosts… (bottom left), Zomertentoonstelling (top left) and Participation Mystique (top right). When I have an exhibition I send invitations to people in my network. Each invitation is made from the same materials as the sculpture on display in the exhibition. Giving has become part of my practice, it is a way to bring themes that are embedded in my work closer to people.

Materials are white wool, wool dyed with purple bluewood, orange madder, yellow weld and branches.

Sizes are between 10cm and 20cm.
